The guys at leader mounted our big, heavy tv in a tricky spot above our fireplace. They did the job right, using quality equipment and tricky methods. They even took the time to connect a and set up sound bar in a way that we couldn’t figure out. We will be using them again for other AV services. They’re experts at what they do.

Awesome service!! Hired them to mount my tv above my fireplace and they did a great job! The two guys that came were friendly and humorous! :) The price was very reasonable and I even had two options...the pricier version of truly hidden wires within the wall or a less expensive version with the wires hidden under paintable tracking. I went with the least expensive option and it looks GREAT! Thank You!

Best customer service ever. Installed a new sound bar and noticed I had an old Samsung remote that wouldn’t control the volume on sound bar....so they came back with a new one for us. Highly recomend. These guys rock!

The folks at Leader did a great job repairing my vintage Pioneer RT707 reel-to-reel! Very communicative, genuinely excited about the gear, and super reasonable rates. I'd take it back to them in heartbeat, but I'm not sure I'll have to!

Kevin and Mark are excellent! From the initial contact until the end was a very positive experience. They took the time to set up the TV after the repair and check that all components were working as before. I highly recommend Leader for all your TV needs. You won't be disappointed.

Even in these difficult times with COVID-19. I was able to get my TV up and running for my elderly father in law who is house bound. Kevin and his staff fix it quickly and efficiently at a VERY REASONABLE cost. Nice to find real Quality Service at Great Prices. I HIGHLY recommend LEADER TV.

After a disappointing 'Live chat" with my tv's help desk, it was recommended that I buy a new one! I then looked up local tv repair shops and LEADER TV was highly recommended. I sent an email describing my problem and Kevin said he felt they could fix it! 24 hours later and I'm using my tv again; DEFINITELY will keep them in mind for future issues; couldn't be happier

The business recycles TV'S responsibily and explains the construction of TV'S and the life expectancy, which is 3 years. I will use this information when I purchase another TV. I appreciate his honesty.

I reached out to LEADER TV via the "Get a Quote" button on their website on a Sunday evening regarding my broken TV. I received back a reply email first thing Monday morning. After supplying Kevin with a little more information he was able to give me a very reasonable quote for repairing my flat screen TV.My TV is fairly large, I dropped it off on a Monday to Bob. He was super helpful with getting the TV into the building and tips on transporting it in the future. I live about 40 minutes from the store and mentioned that getting back before they close may be an issue, Bob was incredibly accommodating, willing to stay later if needed for pick up.The TV was repaired very quickly (1 day I believe) at a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. The guys loaded the TV in my car and once we got it set up back home it worked like a charm. I couldn't be happier with my experience at LEADER TV, I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

These guys are incredible! They helped install everything for me. Multiple TVs mounted and a Sonos sound bar and everything looks and sounds great. We also realized that they install ring security and mesh WiFi systems so they came back and installed those perfectly as well. I wish I knew they were an authorized dealer of tv's and Sonos before hand because I could have saved some money buying directly from them. The house we moved into had some quirky main cable set up and they went the extra mile running diagnostics and working through tough conditions in the basement feeding wires up and never asked for an an extra charge. Can't say enough about Kevin and the team. Will be using them for all my AV needs moving forward.
